After your bath, take a rough towel or glove and rub yourself vigorously for 10 minutes

Maybe it was countless summers jumping into ice cold Canadian lakes as a youngster, but I actually don't mind cold bathes and showers most of the time. They wake me up wayyyy better than toasty ones and are impossible to beat during the sizzling dog days of summer.
