I finally got my rear out of bed in time to exercise today. I think it helped tire me out today so my library patrons did not upset me so much today. Probably a good thing. You would be surprised the kind of questions I get asked!
Anyway, I did the equivalent of situps, only with my back on a back extender (I think that's what it's called). Very tiring, but I feel like I did pretty good.
