Tomorrow I will be starting my new exercise regimine. It will contain back exercises on my back exercising machine (I forget what they are called). I can't really do any ab work because of my scoliosis, which stinks! Everyone is obsessed with great abs and I couldn't do a thing about it if my life depended on it!
So in addition to stretches, I will follow the example of this Campbell Kid, and do a little jump roping. Hopefully in the morning I can get up early enough to follow through on this pledge. Wish me luck!
